QB - Carson Palmer, of the Packers (weird...) annihilated everybody with a 5-TD performance.
RB - Ricky Williams, of the Bucs (HA!) went apeshit, found the fountain of youth and put up just under 30 fantasy points. Special props to the 49ers who had 2 of the top 5 RB performances this week with Shonn Greene and Ryan Grant (although I don't think he started Greene)
WR - Ocho goes wild! 30 fantasy points and his biggest game in over 2 seasons, just enough to scrape by Dallas' Miles Austin phenom. Good thing you sold the house to get Roy Williams, eh Dallas?
HA!!
TE - Vernon Davis - in his best athletic performance since the 2006 combine
DT - Tony Hargrove has a career day and notches 2 sacks against the previously unsackable Saints
DE - robaire smith (who?) I said Robaire Smith (Who??) I SAID ROBAIRE SMITH!! puts up 9 tackles and 3 assists for Cleveland. He just doubled his tackle total from the previous umpteen many games!
LB - Calvin Pace shows why NYJ dropped an arm and a leg to get him from the Cardinals with 6 tackles, 3 sacks, a pass defensed, 2 forced fumbles, 3.5 TFL and a 28-point outing. Impressive!
CB - Tracy Porter, Oorang Indians, goes hog wild with 6 tackles, 3 asists, 3 PDs, and a 65-yard pick6. Damn good thing that Oorang had the foresight to BENCH THIS GUY! Genius owner, that Oorang!
S - Brandon Meriweather drops a pick6, another pick, and a pair of PDs to a 22-point day.
High score of the week - Philly Eagles, 247 gotta feel bad for the Houston Oilers who put up 233 points only to lose to the high score of the week. Philly rode huge performances by Philip Rivers, Cedric Benson, Wes Welker and Owen Daniels to one of the highest scores of the league thus far.
Low score of the week - Tampa. Why? Because he couldn't get a ride to Mom's house.
D'OH!
Next time, call a cab, tell 'em you're drunk!
